  The Crosswalk from military to civilian life is just another transition while maintaining the fighting spirit. Add additional tools and training to assist in the civilian work force.  All while keeping that mission driven mind-set on completing each task towards achievement.   

    Each week multiple training courses  will move you closer towards an education in environmental response. Build on the natural motivation and drive each military member has and become the difference. Learn how to “respond to environmental emergencies” by taking a defensive posture while developing an offensive plan to secure the safety of those around you. BE THE DIFFERENCE! 

  This is mission critical in the transition period from Military to Civilian life. Job placement, with those that have served like you, will provide the structure and support needed to become successful.  With the completion of each training course you will be awarded a certificate that is recognized not only by the United States but throughout the United Nations.  This training is also recognized  throughout the DOD.  The State of California is keeping the standards high, so achieving this goal will depend on your will and motivation. We and others like you will assist in that challenge, always by your side. 

  With our sponsorship program, ACEC-IE will assist you and your family by any means available.   

Job security will give you peace of mind. While giving you the confidants in knowing we are here to help. Our team has long supported military personnel before this Organization was formed and we will continue long after. Our family members are active Military and Veterans. We will maintain standard and maintain frontline support.   

  Once your training is complete, we will assist you in job placement. Thus far, from other programs we are operating at 100% job placement rate. Your choice will depend on where your skills set takes you. Here are just a few examples:
